Porthos Media is a family-owned web design and digital marketing consulting firm run out of our home in the Okanagan Valley. We are in Summerland, BC, Canada, specifically but serve Kelowna, Penticton and clients all over the world.

As most of our work can be done remotely, we serve companies and clients from all over the world. The majority of our current client roster is American but we’re happy to work with people from any country!

Locally, we love to serve clients and customers in Kelowna, Penticton, Summerland and the entire Okanagan Valley.

Absolutely! While Porthos Media is proudly based in Summerland, BC, serving local clients across Kelowna, Penticton, Peachland, and the wider Okanagan Valley, we also work with businesses across Canada and around the world. Our clients span multiple time zones and industries, from the U.S. and Europe to Australia and beyond.

Thanks to modern tools like Google Meet, email, and cloud-based project management, we can collaborate seamlessly with you no matter where you're located. Whether you need consulting for web design, SEO, copywriting, video editing, or audio production, our fully remote workflow makes it easy to deliver results on time and on budget.

How much do you charge?

We charge $180 per hour for consulting. Because our work is strategic and highly focused, most clients find they need fewer hours than expected. If we’re not the right fit for your budget, we’re happy to point you toward other options.

Our digitizing and archiving services are tailored to each project. We offer estimates following a one-time assessment, available for a $20 fee.

Do you only work remotely or can you come to me?

If you are located in the Southern Interior of British Columbia, we can come to you if the project requires it, but more often than not, our job can be completed remotely.

How can I pay my invoice?

Accepted Answer

We’ll send you an invoice with our branding on it, and the email will always come from an address that ends in @porthosmedia.net - keep this in mind to avoid scammers!

When the email comes, you can follow the instructions on it to pay your invoice online by credit card or Interac E-transfer. If you need help paying your bill, please never hesitate to reach out: info@porthosmedia.net
